Internal Rules

Check-In Hours:
- Check-in is available from 12:00 PM, except during peak occupancy. If there's a delay, availability of the room could take up to 3 hours after 12:00 PM. However, you can still use the facilities from noon.
Check-Out Hours:
- By 12:00 noon at the latest.
- Failure to check out on time may result in a partial or full charge for an additional night.
Cleaning Schedule:
- Low/Mid-season: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Temporada alta: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM .
- High season: 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- If the room is unavailable during these hours, cleaning will not be performed that day.
Breakfast Hours:
- Low/Mid-season: 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
- High season: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- For breakfast please make your booking the day before by 8:00 PM at reception.
Payment For Your Stay:
- Payment must be made in advance by 7:00 PM on the day of arrival or if extending the stay.
Visits:
- Please check with reception if you are expecting any visitors.
- Visitors cannot stay for an extended period after 7:00 PM.
Cafeteria Charges:
- Payments for cafeteria services are due immediately after consumption.
Prohibited Actions in Rooms:
- Smoking, drug consumption, and disruptive behavior that disturbs other guests are strictly prohibited. Breach of these rules may result in expulsion without a refund.
Misuse or Loss of Provided Items:

Any loss or inappropriate use of materials (such as air conditioning and TV remotes, keys, towels, broken glass, bedspreads, shower screens, etc.) must be reported and paid for according to the management’s discretion before the end of your stay.
